We are excited to announce the official launch of the SHIELD Initiative!
Students Holding Integrity, Empathy, Leadership, and Discipline
at John Adams High School—our newly enhanced, schoolwide system designed to improve student support, reinforce positive behavior, and strengthen our overall school culture and climate.
As part of this launch, Room 234 is now the SHIELD Headquarters, serving as the central hub for student support, restorative response, community-building efforts, and ongoing interventions.
This office will house the team responsible for helping address student needs with consistency, clarity, and care.
