John Adams High School is excited to announce the Battle of the Colors, a high-energy Spirit Day designed to unite our campus and promote our core values as we kick off the month of December!

The Purpose: Show Your S.H.I.E.L.D. Pride

This event is an initiative to encourage school unity and actively demonstrate the principles of S.H.I.E.L.D. throughout the entire school community:

Empathy

Leadership

Discipline

How to Participate

We are challenging all students and staff to wear the designated color of their Small Learning Community (SLC). This visual show of force will represent the pride and commitment of each academy.

Participating SLCs: Law, FELA, Business, STEM, Media, Pioneers, Pre-Med, and WCLA.

The SLC that achieves the highest participation rate and demonstrates the strongest overall spirit will receive special recognition and bragging rights!

Students and staff are encouraged to wear solid shirts, sweaters, hats, and accessories in their SLC's primary color. Let's make the Battle of the Colors a successful and memorable display of Spartan spirit!
