Senior Year
WELCOME TO SENIOR YEAR!
Creating Lasting Memories
Senior year is not only about academic and future preparation; it is also about creating memories that will last a lifetime. This year is unique in its blend of nostalgia and anticipation, offering opportunities to forge meaningful connections and experiences.
Celebrating Milestones
Senior year is filled with significant events such as prom, senior trips, and graduation ceremonies. These milestones are celebrated with friends and family, creating memories of achievement and joy. They mark the end of one chapter and the beginning of another, offering a sense of closure and accomplishment.
Strengthening Friendships
As students prepare to part ways with classmates, senior year offers a chance to deepen friendships. Shared experiences, like studying for finals, participating in extracurricular activities, and attending social events, foster strong bonds. These relationships often continue into adulthood, providing a network of support and camaraderie.

SENIORS must pick up and submit their Senior Contract in B39 in order to participate in any SENIOR ACTIVITIES.
Per NYCDOE policy, middle and high school students must meet promotion/graduation requirements to participate in their school’s moving up or graduation ceremony. In addition, a student who is already on suspension at the time of the graduation or other commencement-related activities may be prohibited from attending when he or she poses a real threat of violence or disruption to the event; the exclusion must be proportionate to the infraction committed.
