York College | Caribbean History | Historical account of the experiences of peoples in the Caribbean from European colonization to the present, with emphasis on socio-economic and political problems. |
York College | History of the Modern World Since 1815 | Studies the development of the Western World from the end of the Napoleonic Age to the present within the context of global history; considers the concurrent rise of the Americas, Asia and Africa. |
York College | Political Science | Analyzes selected, contemporary political issues of broad local, national, or international significance from both theoretical and practical perspective. Topics will vary and be announced during the previous semester. |
