These notices explain your legal rights to privacy and access to your child's information.

Action Required: Please Review These Two Forms

 

We ask that you review the following forms by Friday, October 10, 2025. You can complete them electronically via our OPEROO platform, or submit a hard copy to the Attendance Office in Room 104.

  • Media Consent Form: This form allows you to grant or deny permission for your child to be included in school photos, videos, or communications like our school newsletter and website.

  • Directory Information Notice and Opt-Out Form: "Directory Information" may include your child's name and grade level for use in publications like yearbooks or graduation programs.
