Parent Coordinator

Dear Parents, My name is Chris Avery, and I am the new Parent Coordinator here at John Adams High School. I will be your primary advocate at the school, as well as your first point of contact for questions, concerns, ways to get involved in our school community, and anything else you need to help navigate your child's educational journey!

If you need anything, or have any questions, let me know and I will be happy to help. I look forward to working with all of you to make this a successful year for everyone in our Spartan community!

To stay aware of all the happenings here at JAHS, please make sure you have created an NYCSA account and be sure to keep your contact information up to date. Your NYCSA account is the main hub to access your child's grades, schedule, attendance, important forms and more! The NYCSA portal can be found at https://schoolsaccount.nyc/. Please feel free to e-mail me if you need a creation code to set up your account!

PARENT TEACHER ASSOCIATION

PTA meetings are held on the third Wednesday of every month at 6:30 PM. Parents will be made aware of PTA meetings through e-mails/texts from the school, so please make sure to let us know if there are any changes to your contact information. The virtual link will also be posted on our Electronic Parent Calendar here on our school’s web site: www.johnadamsnyc.org.
